What is the standard shipping & handling time? In stock items ship in 2-3 business days via USPS.
What is the shipping & handling time on backordered items? Backordered items are out of stock and on order. You’ll be notified when items ship in 2-3 weeks.
What is the shipping & handling time on pre-order items? When the item is relased, you’ll be notified and we’ll ship your swag via USPS in 2-3 business days.
Why is the handling time so long for some items? We have to order a few of our custom printed swag items in volume. When that volume is met, the item is printed and then quickly shipped to you.
Why is shipping expensive? We are at the mercy of the postal service and we charge what they charge us. We don’t charge for packaging in an effort to keep your cost down.
Our Limited Edition items that are marked as pre-order have not been released yet. When the item is relased, you’ll receive notification that we shipped your swag via USPS in 2-3 days.
Yes, we ship internationally! After you enter your shipping address the option for international shipping will be available.
Unfortunately, we do not offer Free Shipping on international shipping even if the item ships free within the United States. International shipping has increased rates and requires more packaging and handling. We make no profit from shipping and keep the rates as low as possible for our international Hags.
We ask that you carefully chose your SWAG – because our swag is custom ordered we will accept returns only for manufacturer’s defects or if we ship the wrong sized/colored item. See our size charts and ask questions about colors and sizes. We want your choices to be perfect for you. Please contact us before returning your SWAG. We are here to help.

Residents of South Carolina can expect to pay sales tax. If you live outside South Carolina you will not pay South Carolina sales tax.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate. Also, colors and pigments are representative and can vary from each lot.
Items specified for event pick up can only be collected at the time of the event. Identification is required to collect items. If the item is not collected at the event, the purchaser will be required to purchase shipping before an item is shipped. There are no refunds on items not collect at the event.
