Hags with Nags products are custom printed and custom embroidered. We print our gear on an “as purchased” basis. Once we meet our required minimum with our printer, we place the order and wait patiently for the order to be printed. This may delay your shipment but it will ship – our gear is worth the wait. We will keep you updated as to any delays. However, contact us anytime and we will give you a personal update!

SHIPPING (US)

We love to ship our gear as much as you love receiving it! If your product is in stock, we will ship via USPS in 2-3 days. Our standard shipping for a backorder product is 2-3 weeks from receipt of your order.

Common Shipping Questions

  • What is the shipping time? In stock items ship in 2-3 days. Backordered items will ship in 2-3 weeks. You’ll be notified when items ship.
  • Why is the shipping so long? Our items are custom printed as orders are placed.
  • Why is shipping expensive? We are at the mercy of the postal service and other shipping services. We charge what they charge us.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Yes, we ship internationally! After you enter your shipping address the option for international shipping will be available.

Unfortunately, we do not offer Free Shipping on international shipping even if the item ships free within the United States. International shipping has increased rates and requires more packaging and handling. We make no profit from shipping charges and work hard to keep the rates as low as possible for international Hags.

RETURNS

We ask that you carefully chose your product size and options – because our gear is custom ordered we will accept returns only for manufacturer’s defects or if we ship the wrong sized/colored item. See our size charts and ask questions about colors and sizes. We want your choices to be perfect for you.
